⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a terrible experience at another Discount Tire down the street, but George and Maria completely turned things around for me. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Their customer service was truly A1, and it’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond the way they did. George and Maria made what started as a frustrating situation into a great experience. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

By far one of the BEST locations I’ve ever been to! There is a great atmosphere between the employees and clients! Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted with a smile from the manager Jorge! He took the time to explain the root cause of my tire issue and gave me a few different solutions to chose from. He was very kind, patient, and accommodating. I came in thinking I just needed air in my tire, turns out I needed a whole new tire. I was on a time crunch and Jorge took it upon himself to service my car to ensure it was finished promptly. Jorge provided an outstanding level of care and I would recommend this location too all!!!

JUNE 10, 2026: I have been a customer of Discount Tire for several decades. I have purchased many tires for all my vehicles over the years. I was visiting a friend, and when I was leaving I saw my Right Rear passenger side tire was flat. I searched for the nearest Discount Tire location. I called to confirm their location, and make sure they were open. I talked with Maria, and told her I had never been to this location before. She assured me they would be able to help. I removed my flat tire, and replaced it with my spare. They were very busy when I arrived, but I was helped quickly by Max G. He confirmed my information in their computer database, answered my questions, and put me in the queue to have my flat tire repaired. I didn't have to wait very long. Keeano did the repair. He plugged & patched it. Then he rebalanced it. Keeano answered my questions, and reinstalled it on my car with the correct torque. Job well done! Because all 4 of my tires were purchased new from Discount Tire, and I purchased Discount Tire Protection Certificates for all 4 new tires, my flat tire repair was free. Had an appointment the other day at 2pm. Needed a leak fixed to see if my certificates woould apply unfortuantely they werent since the leak was fixed. I needed 2 new tires so i got them and also a tire rotation and balance. I also needed an alignment checked and i was told it was a free checkup and a charge to do an alignment would be about $90 bucks. As i waited i noticed everyone else was coming and going and i was still here after 3 hrs.. the 1st hr, my vehicle was not looked at, at all. The 2nd hr the tires got rotated and new tires installed. The 3rd hr, i waited for an alignment. After about 3hrs of waiting i had to leave. I couldnt wait any longer and spend the whole day here. I asked for a refund on the alignment. The refund didnt go thru, i beleive to a system error and about 3 days later Cruz contacted me to ask about the alignment. Cruz is really good at his job, he did walk me thru everything and im going to give the business the benefit of the doubt that it was a busy day even with a appoinment set. Today is 10.23.25 so im currently waiting on the alignment. I have came in at 4.15pm with an appoinment. I believe if i came in 3 days ago and the company left me unsat
